Now as for new year resolutions, yes I have made some but I pretty much know I'll either fail them or just totally forget them so I can't really be assed to write a post listing them for you haha. I find tasks are a lot easier when split into smaller portions so that's what I'll be doing this year. Monthly resolutions.
I'm sure you can work out what it is, but for those who can't, the idea is to create just one resolution for each month. I can promise you that 99.9% of you will be more successful this way!

I find this way you can be more selective to when you do the resolutions and will therefore be much more successful (for example, saying you'll go running everyday for the whole year is great and all, but what happens if you know you'll be going on holiday where it won't be possible? Instead you can chose just a month to do it where you know you can fit it in).
At the beginning of each month I'll update you on how the previous month went and what thing I'll take up or give up for the next month ahead so you can join me if you wish!
