Sunday's Breakfast with Clarks Maple Syrup, Abra-ca-Debora Pancakes and an Ice Coffee Recipe

Yesterday I thought I'd treat myself to a nice breakfast out in the sunshine. I was sent three flavours of Clarks Maple Syrup along with some Abra-ca-Debora pancakes so thought I'd give them a try. Along side pancakes drizzled with Clarks Original Maple Syrup and topped with home grown strawberries, I had a glass of fresh orange juice, a yoghurt and an iced coffee which I recently learnt how to make. As ice coffees are my new favourite summer drink, I thought I'd share the recipe with you all! It's so easy and tastes so yummy so please give it a go!

*Clarks Maple Syrups in three flavours - Vanilla, Original and Pure Canadian (number 1 grade)*

 Step 1:
Add one and a half teaspoons of instant coffee granules to a glass.

Step 2:
Fill up half the glass with water and mix. This can be done with less water and more milk if you like, but I was trying to cut down on extra calories!

Step 3:
Fill up the rest of the glass with milk and stir.

Step 4:
Add 3 teaspoons of Clarks vanilla maple syrup (or more, depending on how sweet you like it!) and finally mix.

Step 5:
Enjoy.

Please let me know if you try it and like it by instagramming or tweeting me!
