Freshers is finally over and although I'm sad to say I didn't enjoy it anywhere near as much as I thought I would, I thoroughly enjoyed the end of freshers ball. Well, I say 'ball'. The uni called it that so I dressed similarly to how I did at previous balls, in a long, floaty, delicate dress. But when I arrived and peered through the window, I saw it was far from a sit-down-and-eat-a-meal-and-maybe-have-a-little-boogie-if-you-feel-like-it kind of ball. It was just the same as the other freshers nights, with lots of drunk people dancing and falling about. Which is fine. Just not in a posh dress. So sadly I made the decision to go home, scrap the ball gown and change into something much more boring. Anyway, I still enjoyed the night greatly and it was a lovely goodbye to freshers.
I thought I'd give you a little peak at what both Jack and I wore (encase there are any male fashion bloggers out there who would be interested?!).
